This is an outfit that can be worn in two ways that are actually somewhat contradictory: The primary intent is to wear it for the Mexican holiday
Dia de Muertos. This is represented by the "skully" motif common to the festivities which is embroidered onto one of the two sets of jackets and male pants, and is also on one version of both male and female shirts. There is however, a second set of jackets, shirts and pants in the package which are just plain fabric with no embroidery. When you wear these what you get is something quite different - you get a chic, comfortable grey urban outift.
This outfit was originally made for the opensim store and I added something to it that I find sorely missing on the opensim, namely
a furry head, which is something that is needed for my furry avatar Alpho who also has a presence on the opensim. Well, let me amend this: I actually find that SL also does not have much to offer in the way of furry heads that are exactly to my liking, ever since my old friend Leben Schnabel bid his adieus years ago. The thing is that Alpho still has all of his avatars, so in SL I have never really had to look much further. On the opensim I had no choice but to sit down and make furry heads constructed out of prims for Alpho. And one of these, the fox head is now also in this package. I realize that nowadays, with the proliferation of mesh, many will wonder at this - isn't this really outdated? My answer is - I think it works, so why should it matter that it is made with older technology? I managed to get expression onto the face, especially with the big saucer eyes - even if they do not blink. ;-)

With this you get many different skins (also one to go with the texture of the fox head), the sombrero, two sets of jackets and pants, one skirt that is gathered in ribbons and that is plain - no "skully" on it, in other words. You also get 2 plain decolte shirts for ladies, one plain shirt for gents and then the skully shirts for both sexes. And also undergarments, head tattoos, a choker, gloves and grey boots.
One thing to note: Since there are quite a few texture layer garments with this one, attention needs to be paid when using omega appliers. While with BoM there will be no further problems, when it comes to the omegas, the only way that I have managed to combine the shirt, undershirt and the gloves is by placing the gloves on the tattoo layer.
